Running shoes – when to replace?

The Sun Run 2010

So how are those New Year resolutions going? By the end of February lots of us have been derailed. If that’s you, you might be tempted to use the Sun Run as your path back to righteousness. The Sun Run is now a wonderful annual fixture in Vancouver, attracting over 50,000 every year, many of whom are new to running as a form of exercise.
